SHOP POLICIES  

You may have some questions about ordering and we hope to be able to answer them all here. If your question is not answer here, please email us. 

1:ORDERS

There are three types of items that you can order online from us,

a PRE-DESIGNED STOCKED ITEM, a PRE-DESIGNED PERSONALIZED ITEM, a CUSTOM DESIGNED ITEM.

PRE-DESIGNED ITEMS

These are stocked items and can be fulfilled in one day. 

PRE-DESIGNED PERSONALIZED ITEMS

These items are pre-designed and needed to have a name, photo, logo added to the existing design.  

 

CUSTOM DESIGN ITEMS

These items are customized for your requirements.

Once orders are placed;

1) Expect an email from us within 24 hours. If you don't receive an email, please check your spam folder. If you don't see anything from us, please contact us at at info@noteworthymarket.com.

2) We will send you a proof of your order within 24 hours. We will not be able to place your order until we have your approval on your artwork.

3) For CUSTOMIZED DESIGN, we will need 2-3 days to complete your request.

2:SHIPPING

Once order is placed with the printers, we have three types of delivery;

1) You can pick up your items from our Carlsbad CA location. We will email you as soon as your item arrives. There is NO SHIPPING charges if you choose to pick up.

2) If you live within 10 miles from 92008, we will deliver to you for a $5.00 fee. 

3) If you live outside of the 10 miles from 92008, we will ship to you. This fee is base on UPS charges and is dependent on the items size and weight. Sometimes, because of the usual size, items might be shipped separately with additional charges.

We do the best we can to keep all shipping cost as reasonable as possible.

3:GIFT SHIPPING

If you are purchasing a gift, please let us know when placing your order.

We will make every effort to make your gift special to those receiving it.

4:RETURNS

We make every effort to make your purchase more than satisfactory. But, we understand that sometimes things may not be perfect. Please notify us to let us know at info@noteworthymarket.com.

We may require a photo of the error to be able to send to our vendor. We will make everyeffort to correct the problem and if we happen to be unable to fix the error we will refund the items.
