There are three types of items that you can order online from us,
(1) PRE-DESIGNED STOCKED ITEM, (2) PRE-DESIGNED PERSONALIZED ITEM, or (3) CUSTOM DESIGNED ITEM.
These are stocked items and can be fulfilled in one day.
PRE-DESIGNED PERSONALIZED ITEMS
These items are pre-designed and need to have additional changes such as a name, photo, logo added to the existing design.
CUSTOM DESIGN ITEMS
These items are complete customized design for your requests. A customize design will not be started until payment is received.
Once orders are placed;
1) Expect an email from us within 24 hours. If you don't receive an email, please check your spam folder. If you don't see anything from us, please contact us at at firstname.lastname@example.org.
2) We will send you a proof of your order within 24 hours. We will not be able to place your order until we have your approval on your artwork. Please check your emails.
3) For CUSTOMIZED DESIGN ITEMS, we will need 2-3 days to complete your request.
Once order is placed with the printers, we have three types of delivery;
1) You can pick up your items from our Carlsbad CA location. We will email you as soon as your item arrives. There is NO SHIPPING charges if you choose to pick up.
2) If you live within 10 miles from 92008, we will deliver to you for a $5.00 fee.
3) If you live outside of the 10 miles from 92008, we will ship to you. This fee is base on UPS charges and is dependent on the items size and weight. Sometimes, because of the usual size, items might be shipped separately with additional charges.
We do the best we can to keep all shipping cost as reasonable as possible.
If you are purchasing a gift, please let us know when placing your order.
We will make every effort to make your gift special to those receiving it.
We make every effort to make your purchase more than satisfactory. But, we understand that sometimes things may not be perfect. Please notify us to let us know at email@example.com.
We may require a photo of the error to be able to send to our vendor. We will make every effort to correct the problem and if we happen to be unable to fix the error we will refund the items.
